CULT of the professionals was a drag show featuring the kings, queens and creatures from Status Queer's radical drag collective CULT. CULT is a collective using drag as an exciting and engaging medium to bring together a broad spectrum of the community to whilst using the stage to explore social and political themes.

This show explored the topic of professionalism - What is a moral profession? Who do we celebrate and what are they really contributing? What does it mean to be LGBTQ+ in our highly professionalised late-stage capitalist world. Of course with all the bells, whistles, drama, bizarre and camp that drag offers.

The show was a big success, filling the venue to the rafters and bringing them down with laughter, screaming and cheering.
