The project is a workshop in improvised music, rooted in musical practice, based on the suite Hopscotch by Clémence Manachère. The workshop began with a general introduction to graphic notation as a practice, using a card-based game with illustrated wooden pieces. Clémence then presented her improvisational jazz suite Hopscotch, inspired by the works of Daniel Libeskind, sharing the score and introducing its musical language. Participants explored structured improvisation through shifting roles between conductor and ensemble, combining this material with free improvisation in an open and inclusive environment.
